Founder and Director

Matt Clemow

For more than 15 years, Matt has worked with and for the highest levels of state and federal governments, not-for-profit organisations and ASX-200 listed companies.

Matt has overseen projects including the ground-breaking social reform in the Mullighan Inquiry (child protection), the formation of the Urban Renewal Authority, the rollout of the Nation Building Stimulus Package (Social Housing) in South Australia and been involved in landmark projects such as the Melbourne Metro.

He has a global network in fields and sectors related to the opportunities and challenges that organisations face when striving to make a meaningful impact in challenging economic environments. 

Policy Director

Skyy Anderson

Skyy’s background is solely grounded in people, from her academic undergraduate degree in Social Science and a Masters degree by research in Planning. Skyy is passionate about educating people about planning and what can come from best practice planning as well as how we can best utilise planning to strike the important balance between natural and built environments.

Skyy spent much of career working in the State government, forming key relationships and developing high level communication skills. Since re-entering the development industry, she has built on these skills and developed skills as whilst working as a town planner as well as broader skills in her current role as in strategic and policy planning.

Skyy has led and worked on projects in rural and remote areas, including leading a research project in Coober Pedy as well as planning projects with Government, local government and private clients throughout South Australia and interstate.
